At Theta Yoga, we offer two complementary approaches, each addressing the endocrine system in its way.
Hormone Hatha Yoga
Hormone Hatha Yoga focuses on stimulating the endocrine glands through a precise combination of dynamic asanas (postures) and specialized breathing techniques. These sequences are designed to activate the thyroid, ovaries, adrenals, and pituitary glands, helping to restore hormonal balance and boost overall energy. Yin Hormone Yoga
Yin Hormone Yoga offers a gentle, restorative approach that focuses on deep relaxation and the release of tension. This style incorporates long-held, passive postures, acupressure, and mindful breathing to open up the body’s energy channels and encourage the natural flow of hormones. Yin practice targets the connective tissues and meridians, supporting the body’s innate healing processes and fostering a sense of inner calm. It is especially beneficial for women seeking to reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate emotional balance.

Group Classes – We offer courses in Hormone Yoga, combining elements of both Hatha and Yin Yoga. Each course lasts 4–5 weeks. After completing a course, you are welcome to join our follow-up classes.The courses are taking space in yoga studio in Gamla Stan, Stockholm
Individual sessions –Individual sessions are available both offline and online, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs.
Individual sessions are tailored to your specific concerns and health goals. Together, we will choose the right approach and practices for you, helping you reconnect with your body and restore harmony at your own pace. Online classes are flexible and accessible, making it easy for every woman to start her journey to better health and vitality—wherever she is.
